We've had the results of my Mother-in-law's bone marrow test, while the cancerous cells are back; they're not growing or spreading by the looks of fit. This means that she can try a new chemotherapy treatment that's not as severe as the last one she went on. She can also undergo the treatment at home, so it looks like she'll be home for Christmas. We're still staying very positive, this most recent news was very encouraging.

Just an update...

My boss, Laurie was told this week she may only expect a few months life at most.

She said she doesn't want any interventions, so she's just going to make the best of things in the time she has left.

I'm sorry, Cam, a good boss is often a good friend. My Grandmother refused chemo. She lasted 6 years instead of the 6 months they initially told her when they found the brain tumor. There is always hope.
