Hi Kelly Sue,
Will Superior Spider-Man be making a guest appearance in Captain Marvel in the near future?
Hi Kelly Sue,

No plan for that at the moment.
Thanks for the response. I have another question that I want to ask you: If the following options was available, would you ever write a
1. Silver Sable and Silver Samurai team-up adventure
2. Psylocke vs Carnage
3. MC2 Mayham(April Parker) and Taskmaster team-up adventure
And my last question is do you have any plans to feature a Felcia Hardy and Clint Barton team-up adventure?

Hi Kelly Sue,
I understand. Although I do hope that we might one day see Clint Barton and Felicia Hardy working together in the pages of Avengers Assemble. I just feel that the Black Cat needs to move on from Spider-Man into Hawkeye's world as she is too much of a Spider-Man exclusive character, which is unfortunate. Originally, Marv Wolfman intended the Black Cat to be a Spider-Woman villain before bringing her over to Spider-Man. Imagine if the Black Cat was part of Spider-Woman's world rather then Spider-Man's own?
In retrospect to the late 1970's to the early 1990's, I never understood why none of the past Spider-Man writers ever interested in using the Black Widow and Spider-Woman into Peter's social circles as both of them would do very well in a guest spot in his series as much as the Black Cat. I sometimes feel that if both Spider-Woman and Black Widow had a more active role in Spider-Man's world as far as having some of his rogue galleries of villains become a part of theirs respectively, some interesting stories might come out of it(Spider-Woman vs The Hobgoblin or Black Widow vs Tombstone). Could you ever imagine that sort of situation occurring?
Anyway, the reason why I always brought up the Black Cat is because she's the type of lady who would hold Clint's interest. And that alone would not bold too well for his leading ladies. Especially Black Widow, Spider-Woman, and Mockingbird in which all of them might had respectively dealt with Felicia on more than one occasion.
Since Superior Spider-Man is in charge at the moment(and Peter Parker is now dead), Clint is the Peter Parker of The Avengers. This would mean that the Black Cat is feel to reside in Daredevil's world or Hawkeye's world. But it would be interesting to see the reaction of the Black Widow and Spider-Woman towards Superior Spider-Man as they would immediately know that he's not Peter Parker in my opinion.

Hi Kelly Sue, I just made a short migration over here from the Gail board because of the amazing Captain Marvel series. I noticed that for the first half-dozen issues or so the series had a large anthology vibe; with the different time periods during the first arc, then a jump to New Orleans, then back to New York, there really wasn't a "main" setting or supporting cast for the series. Each issue gave us a different story, people and places (Except for Carol herself) before "settling down" and giving us what now seems to be a steady supporting cast and primary location.
I loved the series both ways (The variety of the beginning and the familiarity of the present), but I was wondering why the "feel" of the series seemed to change. Were you deliberately cultivating the anthology situation for the beginning before deciding to switch to a more continuous story, or did it just happen to come about that way given the different stories you wanted to tell?

Life is like a roller coaster. It has its ups and downs, but if you sit back and relax you get a heck of a ride.
