Breakfast Club 2....I hope NOT

Emilio Estevez released some news on the making of "The Breakfast Club 2." John Hughes has an idea for the story line.

"John's got an idea for a sequel - mature aged students at college, all doing time again - for some reason or another."

"The twist would be that we're all the polar opposites of how we were in the original. Judd [Nelson], for instance, would now be the straight-laced one. I'm definitely in. If it happens, I'm there."

I hope to hell this is a joke...none of them even look college age still.

Breakfast Club was on cable last night. I hope they don't make a sequel.

Funny that Emilio says that he's there...yet didn't show up for the MTV Movie Awards reunion.

I don't mind that they didn't show up...but don't turn around and say you'll be there when you weren't 2 months ago.

Get this--he was there. He was at the awards. They have pics of him.

But he didn't get on stage. I think he was too stoned or drunk.

I would like to see John Hughes make a film combing some of his teen films: Ferris Buller, Sixteen Candles, Breakfast Club, etc.

And is anyone else surprised there's no remake of Weird Science?
