Pathfinder #1: A decent start, although I'm not big on the artwork.

Captain Marvel #2: Not very emotionally attached to Carol Danvers, but it was pretty good.

Avengers Academy #35: Ending with #39, and I'm really sad to see it go. Hopefully the characters will still be around someplace.

    Quick capsules:

Saga #6- Great reveal of the Rocketship Forest, an I'm really looking forward to what
    Spoilers:
    Marko's folks
    add to the soup here.

The Shade #11- Irving really stole the show here. Still the best thing Robinson's wrote in a dog's age, though.

Supreme #66- Liking this one a bit more than I thought I would; particularly with the new status quo.

Fatale #7- Few can still do 'doomed' like Ed Brubaker; or 'creepy' like Sean Phillips.

Picked up Pathfinder #1. For an impulse buy of a comic adaptation of an RPG I've never played it was fairly fun.

I might drop this series out of simple apathy, it's getting monotonous. Plus, how the heck did Diana beat Artemis? No seriously, how did that happen? They've never said that her bracelets were power inhibitors or something like that, so why did taking them off suddenly make her stronger?
There have been numerous hints all along that Hermes would do exactly what he ended up doing. And I don't necessarily believe that it makes him "evil" either. He's doing what gods do, with their machinations and plans and backstabbing, etc. He's consistently shown what seemed like an unusually high interest in the child.

Pretty much. Hermes' interest has always been in seeing to it that the child gets safely born, thus protecting Zola and helping Wonder Woman. Now that that's done it's on to the next phase, seeing that it grows up more-or-less safely, and if the mere mortal is emotionally hurt in the process that's just life.

I only got two titles this week. I loved Legion of Super-Heroes (it's so great seeing Duplicate Damsel being a badass lately) and thought BoP was OK.

Sadly, for various reasons, I haven't made it to the store this week. So I d/l-ed WW, but that's it. I'll see what they still have in stock tomorrow. I'm glad to hear that LoSH was good.

I got Batwoman #12 and Birds of Prey #12. I enjoyed Batwoman quite a lot, at the moment I'm more interested to see more of Bette than the main plot (extra points for Director Bones in that shirt ). I didn't particularly like BoP this month though the ending was pretty decent.
