I just squirt the ketchup directly into my underwear.

That ketchup thing I've been doing since I was young. You put the cup up to your mouth and then blow. The middle explands and the top stays the same size. So you now have a bowl.

This all sounds perverted but it works.

Having worked in fast food during my formative years - I learned one thing and I learned it QUICKLY: Ask for ketchup packets.

You can clean those dispensers a thousand times a day, and it STILL will not stop the mold growing in the tubes. And those "new" dispensers where the tube comes from below and it uses compressed air to push the ketchup through the lines? They are cleaned ONCE every six months - you do NOT want to see the bacteria growing in that when its time for its biannual cleaning.

I might get some odd looks requesting packets at the counter - but its worth it to save some potential stomach sickness. Trust me.
