I think we're gonna see the line scaled back a bit when Brian's done. Remember, he writes 3 titles right now. I don't think all 3 are going to survive after he leaves. I'd guess we keep New, Secret, Dark and plain Avengers. Assemble is gone after 12.

If Assemble ends and Astonishing starts that's still the same number of books, though.

I'm looking forward to Pretzel Avengers and Flamin' Hot Avengers.

I'm guessing the rumored Astonishing Avengers will replace New Avengers.

Yeah, but Astonishing is just a rumor at this point, anyway.

I hope that John Romita, Jr. rumor is true, and I hope he stays awhile. Cap & FF are basically the only major Marvel franchises he doesn't have at least one significant run on (2 on Iron Man, 2 on X-Men, 3 or 4 on Spider-Man depending on how you count it). It'd be cool to see him get both of those under his belt, too.

I'm kind of burned out on JR Jr. His AvX stuff hasn't blown me away, and his Avengers stuff from the start of this current volume was mediocre at best.

I think the last time I was a big fan was his run on Spidey with JMS.

I understand what you're saying. His ASM art helped pull me back into comics.

Hope Scott Hanna continues on inking for JRJR's next project
