Am I the only one rooting for Monroe. In the harsh "reality" of this post-apocalyptic US, this we "can save everyone" mentality just seems dumb, especially in light of the fact that there are other competing, and potentially worse militias vying for control of the entire country. also the Monroe actor was cool as 'the cape'.

Monroe's a really fascinating character. Bass and his minions are vile, but Monroe is a lot more complex. He's totally going to wind up playing the Ben Linus role in the show down the line.

Like the blackout is caused by a sustained EMP.

But the necklaces cause an anti-EMP that turns the power in that area back on for however long the necklace lasts.

So the blackout rewrote the laws of physics (it had to), and the necklaces instead of rewriting them back temporarily, re-re-write them.

I think it's satellites doing it. If so I think they will eventually fall.

I know it's been months since you said that, but after 15 years I'm sure deisel fuel is all gone. Fuel of any sort if probably gone.
