I think I might be a bit cranky but after wrestling with this thread for a few days I'm going to implore you to see a medical professional. Serious medical untreated issues like these get worse rather than better over time which is why so many poor people die far younger than the rich, but you live in the UK so you don’t have to wait until you are on death’s door before getting treatment. Again I’m sorry that rather than giving you well wishes I’m giving you unsolicited advice but you are in pain whenever you are ambulatory and that really heart breaking for me.
Hmm. Sounds like I need to check a couple of those out then.

Glad to hear that your back is improving, but getting better in time for the doctor's appointment somehow seems to be missing the point.

    Hope you're feeling better.

I can definitely sympathise with back/nerve pain.

Sounds like you pinched a nerve to me.

Whatever it is, hope you're feeling better.

When you do finish the series, make sure you get the follow up miniseres, The Peacekeeper Wars, it resolves things & gives us a taste of what season 5 woud have been.
    Seconded!

Farscape was a fantastic show with cool characters, crazy storylines and a load of fun stuff including puppets by the Henson people.

For anyone who's interested, I've seen my doctor and she gave me some painkillers and told me to come back if it persists more than a couple of weeks more. She thinks I've probably sprained something, but it's probably not serious.

Just coming off Vicodin from tearing up my knee, I can relate. Glad you're feeling some better.

I was on ibuprofen for a while with plantar fascitiis (inflamed heel and foot arch) and that worked really well. I'm a cowardy custard with pills so I got Neurofen for Children (liquid) and it worked great.
