    And I find myself oddly freed of that, my LCS having folded at the end of April.

    That sucks, sorry.

    Mine moved two doors over, but it gave them the opportunity to straighten the whole place out. It was a complete mess, like a hurricane had gone through it then entire time I had been going there. Now it's all nice and straight and clean. It's actually a weird experience, to be honest.

    A guy I met is trying to set up in the remaining gaming shop to fill the gap. I hope he does well, but I have my misgivings about the shop in question.

    A couple years ago, or so, when they were talking about possibly closing up shop I was thinking about whether or not I could afford to take over, completely re-do the place. I had all sorts of really cool ideas about various things I would include, how it would look, etc.

    Eh. At least it was fun to think about.

    I am very much looking forward to it. Amethyst was a fave of mine back in the day, one that I wouldn't mind revisiting.
