Doesn't look like it. Isn't this the first guy to confess who was actually a potential suspect in the original investigation? And it's promising that this is a thing he's been saying for years. I guess to me it just feels like this is the guy. Unfortunately, if he's telling the truth, they have no shot at recovery of remains or likely any other physical evidence.
