I thought Bendis had a thread here about the show. At least I saw the link to the pilot on his Twitter page.
As a huge Gilmore Girls fan, I really dug the pilot.
I have no idea what I watched last night.
It certainly wasn't the fun/care-free/small town/wacky adventures that they've been hyping.
They should have saved something like this for much later on. And it doesn't seem to be getting much better next week.
I really don't know if I'm going to continue with the show after last night. Hardly anyone was appealing.
The one girl makes me think of what if Rory went evil and snobby. She even looks Rory-ish.
I thought it was going to be about this guy...

Yeah, it was a great episode this week. No male/female romance drama was a big plus. It's not something I mind in general, it's just the one thing I feel like the show doesn't do all that well.
