I guess Spider-man doesn't look like anything we havn't already seen (lizard could be fun though) and Batman looks less and less like Batman (I blame Bane)

I know I have a reputation as a complainer, and I really expected to LOOOOVE the Avengers movie...

But I was stunned to find it was my favorite movie ever made ever.

I don't have much excitement about these two, either.

I mean, I'm interested to see Nolan complete his trilogy, but honestly, from the moment I heard that it would have Bane in it, I've basically written it off. I don't see how they top The Dark Knight or Batman Begins, so my fear is that we're heading straight for Endor and Return of the Jedi territory here.

Spider-Man...I don't know enough about it. It looks like a complete reboot, and I really don't need to see Spider-Man's origin on film ever again. So I don't know.

It's definitely my favorite Marvel movie thus far. I was disappointed in Thor and Iron Man 2, but this more than made up for those.

I don't know that it's my favorite comic book movie ever, but it was a lot of fun. A lot more fun than I expected.

Yeah. It'll be a miracle if Bane and that dopey Catwoman work at all. Plus, man, I'm sick of the mopey Batman and the mopey cast moping around about Gotham.

Spider-Man, too. I just saw the trailer today. More breath-y narration. Sick of it. And then you throw the Avengers at me, all faster than hell and funny, too? C'mon.

(and in 2018 I may be sick of ten years of RDJ-Iron Man style movies, so it's no real slam)
