    Hmm, "iChill" drink.

So, this seems to be the opposite of those 5 hour energy drinks.

I guess they are supposed to relax you. I had a lot of trouble sleeping last night, so i picked up a two-pack of these, hoping they would help. I guess we'll see.

OTOH, somewhere in the house there's morphine. So, I suppose that would accomplish the task, too. But it usually makes me sick. If these little "iChill" drinks can mellow me out and get me ready to sleep, then I'm all for it, as opposed to opiates.

I checked up on this. The active ingredient seems to be Valerian Root. Not to rain on anybody's parade, but this drink is pretty much a tea, cleverly designed for people too cool to drink tea, I'd assume.

A little advise for caution: While Valerian Root works as a sedative, the desired effect often only comes to be after frequent use over a longer period. There have been people where it works straight away, but they aren't the norm. I'm saying this so you don't overdo it, increasing the dose. Because an overconsumption can lead to mild depression, and other unpleasant things.

    Interesting. Thanks for the research.

It did manage to put me to sleep. Then again, I only slept for like three and a half hours. So, it's a win/loss sort of scenario.

Camomile tea works wonders. Also, Celestial Seasonings has a tea called "Tension Tamer" that knocks me the F out. If you don't like hot tea, just throw some ice and sugar in it. Good stuff.

Isn't that what booze is for?
