Just go see it. And then when you go again with them, you'll know which bits to listen carefully for because you couldn't hear it properly over the laughter of the audience the first time around.

Case in Point: Leaky. Balloon. Noise. After Loki meets the Hulk. Next to bloody impossible to hear unless you know it's there. But freakin' hysterical.

I love messing with people like that. But I don't give them any true stuff. I'd be like, "I can't believe they mixed in the new Spider-Man in that battle! That was awesome! What a way to lead into the new film!"

    Okay - I can relate.

I saw the Avengers with my mates the first screeing of the opening day. No way I was not going to be there.

On the other hand, my son Alexander was NOT. He is a huge fan, and a comic nerd at the genetic level, but he is also 7 and I was adamant I must preview the movie before he could see it. No amount of pleading was going to change that. And besides, I wanted to see it with my nerdy friends first. He had to wait. The end.

On the one hand, its great your brother wants to see it with you. On the other hand - and you can trust me on this one - you will not be seeing this movie just once! So I would tell you are going and you will see it with him again when he arrives.

Which reminds me - I haven't seen this again in over a week. Must change that!
The next time a goddess asks you if you want to have a shower...you say YES!!!!
