I definitely haven't met you unless I did the Grant Morrison thing with you too. I didn't know I was talking to him and he asked me about one of his books and I said it was really good, shame the writer was a drug addled loony.

I wanted to go to the con or one of the signings in England that you were at but I just couldn't get things arranged in time.

I haven't met you, yet, Gail. The only con I get to regularly is DragonCon in Atlanta, but trying to hit more next year.

I was actually supposed to meet you last year in Montreal Gail ( you being the big reason I wanted to go to that con ) , but a coworker called in sick that day and I had to replace her.

It sucks sometimes being the responsible adult......

I haven't met you yet, unless our meeting went so well that it never happened because of how awesome it was.

Yeah, I'm going with that.

I've not been on the convention circuit so unless we just bump on the street one day (Are you ever in suburban New Jersey?) it's probably not going to happen for a long while (Although I am considering heading to NYCC this year).

I've met you a few times Gail. . . once in Austin (when you did a signing at Dragon's Lair - I brought you the Creme Brulee French Toast, and you called Mark Waid to ask him if I should buy the Absolute Kingdom Come (since it was on sale), remember?).

and then I've met you at CAPE just about every year

You don't have to attend a Con to meet Gail. You just need to find out which small town in Oregon she lives in, hide behind some bushes and jump out yelling 'SURPRISE!!!!' when she is passing by. 95% chance of being arrested but you will get to meet Gail in court and get her autograph on the restraining order.

I know what town she lives in but I'm not telling.
