I finished Action Comics #9 and I really enjoyed it quite a bit. I can't wait for Multiversity now.

Killed her off to motivate people, to boot. Cheap, shock death. If anyone in the book had known the character for more than ten minutes prior to that, it might have felt less staged. The book wasted a whole lot of time introducing people and bringing them together with lots of *BAM*POW*SPLUT* to hold it together.

Earth-2 was a lot better than expected. I'm definitely in for the long haul if the issues continue to be this good.

I got World's Finest. I wanted to get Gail's Milhouse book but I didn't know that Comixology doesn't carry Bongo comics.

Earth-2 was a pretty decent start. Can't wait to see what's next. Plus I really liked the last scene with Batman and Robin.

"World's Finest" is the only one I've read so far (got up reeeeaaaaaly late), but I thought it was terrific. Great art, obviously. But I so enjoyed the back and forth dialogue. They are both immediately likable characters and people. There's just an upbeat quality about it that I really found fun. And did I say the art was great?

Also has the American Ninja Warrior advertisements in this weeks DC books bothered anyone else. Really interrupts the flow of some of the stories. However I find the Ad hilarious for some reason and I like how Batman was drawn... don't know why.

Yeah, they really are a stop gap to reading.

Yeah, the first time I came across it I read it as if it were the next page of the story. Really fooled me up. Now I know how older fans felt about the Hostess ads...
