I didn't want to be the one to start this thread for fear of saying the wrong thing. Nicely done! When is the US release? Fellow Aussies have been tweeting up a storm since last night.

I threw together my immediate impressions, in a non-spoiler fashion, here http://themomusreport.blogspot.com.a...-monsters.html

On second thoughts, wetting your pants might not be a bad thing.

Because the excitement levels are such that whilr watching you may BURST INTO FLAMES!

Awesome film that absolutely lives up to the hype.

Make sure you stay for the after-credit scene. Fair warning though: Comic fans will have to explain that scene to anyone they see it with.

    It's pretty epic.

I'm seeing it tonight. For free. I'll donate the price I would have paid to ABuckForJack.com instead.

... basted. I'll likely see it next weekend, working it in and around my graduation.

    Have you no priorities?!?

    Movie first!

For me, I don't like HUGE movie crowds. I like a theatre with people in it but not so many people that if you don't get there a full hour or more ahead of time you don't get a good seat.

As such, I'll probably wait until it's been out a while and the crowds have died down before I see it.

I just can't get much enthused about movies anymore -- Even the good ones. It's simply because there are too many rock stupid ones out there.

The last time I actually went to the movies the trailers were so dumb they actually HURT. The stupid was PAINFUL!
