I haven't transfer anywhere yet. I intend to take the last of my math subjects(That will transfer in), which are Calculus I and Calculus II, followed by Financial and Managerial Accounting. After that, I'll see what happens from there as getting at least a "B+/A-" in those four subjects will be very tough.

I took the scenic road through college as well. Good for you - Nothing wrong with taking 8 or 9 years to get your degree. Don't let anyone tell you different.

Whose had the chance to visit Yale University or know of anyone who has attended the school? I applied to Yale in 2006 as a Transfer Admissions candidate from a community college. Unfortunately, I was denied admission.

I've *been* to Yale, though I did not go there. Beautiful campus. I know a person or two who attended...my brother has some very good friends who went to Yale because he went to Quinnipiac which is about half an hour away.

...I am not sure what this thread is really about, though. It's like the thread equivalent of that Chris Farley sketch where he'd interview people and say stuff like "Remember when you did _________? That was cool."

I hear that a lot of people at Yale University get to know each other in a special way.

I hear a lot of people at Yale had either extremely high GPAs and lots of Extracurricular activities; Parents who attended; Very Rich Parents; Very Famous Parents; or are Rich and/or famous themselves.
