    yep. this one:

i will cop to being one of the organizers of it as well, however. so i'm not sure that counts as to what you're looking for. we're actually incredibly funded with 3 days left, and about $700 away from our second revised goal. it's been a crazy experience.

A friend of mine is working putting together a second year of a comic con up in Maine and they've turned to Kickstarter to get initial funding on top of what they made last year:

The goal has been met with the gracious help of ComiXology. BTW Xenos that looks pretty cool. If I were anywhere near Maine to attend I think I'd be tempted to donate for one of the 100 dollar pledges to get one of my comic scripts reviewed.

The things I could contribute to that documentary...

I think I'm better off not.

Just contributed to Fairy Quest: Outlaws by Paul Jenkins and Humberto Ramos after I saw it on Newsarama. I love fairy tale retellings so this is right up my alley. While browsing around I also found Erstwhile Fairy Tale Graphic novel, which is a project focused on illustrating Grimm stories that aren't as well known, plus the artists are three ladies! Seems really cool.

I'm in for the new Space Quest game from Two Guys From Andromeda and a friend of mine just started a new one today for a zeppelin racing board game that I'll probably go in on as well.

That's the one I'm going in on as well. Paul I is a friend but I've met Randy a few times for play testing. He's a talented dude. I've played the game. It's light and fun.

I've pledged for a few things, mostly local -- some money for musician Mike Hamel to record an album, as well as a contribution to a local theater to do an adaptation of Nosferatu. Both were successful... and the finished products have been terrific, too!
