What no one is mentioning is that there is swag that comes from donating assuming Tom reaches his goal and can put out the comic. If digital comics and Honor Brigade are your thing you will actually be saving money on the issues by donating now rather than paying for it later.

Too true. That, and you'll get the books long before they are in Previews. There's also the matter of one of a kind items that are available.
