The Pens vs Fliers were a freakin' travesty!. The Pens have been doing a lot of strong offensive starts and then just petering out towards the end. They need to get it together. 3-1 in the second? Pens should have won that game.

If it weren't for that tremendous first half, a mediocre division, and of course, the divisional spotting, they wouldn't even have a home ice series. Pens/Bruins isnt a sure thing though. Ottawa could wipe out NY or Florida could take Jersey out and then there's at least another round before they'd get to each other. that's if Philly doesn't take care of Pitt first, or as you said Washington somehow gets hot at the right time.

The Western Conference referees need to be beaten. How the two least penalized teams combined for 17 penalties is a mystery.

That is pretty much exactly the sort of games the Kings typically lose which has helped keep them from winning a post season series in basically forever.
