    1. Reds 90-72
    2. Cardinals 85-77
    3. Brewers 80-82
    4. Cubs 75-87
    5. Pirates 70-92
    6. Astros 62-100
I'd switch the Cards and Reds (even without Pujols I think the Cards have just enough firepower and pitching with Wainwright back to win the division) and while my Pirates may still be bad, I don't think they finish lower than the Cubs. I have a sad feeling they miss .500 by a game and go 80-82.

As for the rest of the league, I think the Yanks, Angels, & Tigers take their divisions and the Rays fight the Red Sox for the Wildcard. Gimme the Giants coming back to take their division, Cards & Phillies taking theirs', and the Diamondbacks facing the Braves in the Wildcard game.

Gimme the Yanks against the... fuck it, I'll give the D-backs a try in the World Series with the Yanks taking it.

Last time the Dbacks and Yankees met in the World Series it was one of the best World Series.

How in the hell did the Baltimore Orioles manage to lose to a community college team?

Yeah, I can pretty much see that happening. Though I think the Cubs might actually be a tad better than the Brewers. If they can get rid of Soriano somehow and bring up Brett Jackson, the Cubs could eke out a .500 season. (Soriano is such a cancer for that team...)

Am I still allowed to post here even though I root for what's basically a minor league team?

Other than the Astros not being in the NL anymore I see no problem with that prediction.

Seeing Reyes as a Marlin last night reopened that wound.

    Let's go Mets.
