With ultimate Spider-Man premiering this sunday, I thought we could talk about the other Spider-Man cartoons from the sixties to now. For me, the Spider-Man cartoon I grew up was the nineties series with the laser guns and no punching Spider-Man. What series did you grow up with and what do you think of the other ones? For Me, I thought the mtv Computer animated one and Spidey unlimited were the worst.

Spoiler:
I liked that in the 90s one all the different characters were linked together (sometimes to a ridiculous degree admittedly.)
Also, Peter wore a t-shirt and a sport coat with the sleeves rolled up. Classy.
I grew up with the MTV one, but Spectacular is my favourite by far, with the 90s one a distant second. Mainly due to hydro clones.
Ultimate looks set to beat all that has come before though. Maybe.

I loved Spidey Super Stories on Electric Company when I was a kid. And the 60s cartoon. And Amazing Friends. I watched the 90s show Saturday mornings when I was fist teaching...

Loved the 90's Spidey cartoon. I never realized the censorship of the cartoon until later like using laser guns and the punching thing.
God, I love this theme song.
