I believe there is a question out there about whether or not Martin punched Zimmerman in the face to begin the actual physical portion of their encounter.

If he has a history of punching people without provocation, that will not help him.

Well, a detail was that he was selling pot. While that has nothing to do with his shooting, it is still a criminal offense to sell drugs

regardless of how this kid LOOKED, does not change the fact that at that moment of the end of his life he was doing anything that warranted him being gunned down for no reason.

Was he selling or did he get suspended for having residue that was thought to be pot in a baggie?

I mean, if that was a death penalty offense, me and just about everyone I knew in high school would be dead.

The only thing that is relevant is what happened that night, and witnesses have already testified that there was a fight of some kind. Just as 9/11 calls confirm that Zimmerman was the one who pursued the confrontation. Anything further is just further dragging the victim's name through the mud for no reason. We know there was provocation on that night.

Relevant as to whether he swung on Zimmerman with minimal provocation.

So it incriminated him in something is what you are saying. But not anything related to this.

In Zimmerman's case it's a matter of painting him in a scary light and giving people an excuse to believe that he was a consistently violent man.
In Martin's case, it's an attempt to paint the victim as unworthy of sympathy while propagating tired stereotypes about black males as savages worthy of being treated as guilty of whatever horrible crime the beleaguered white populace decides to imagine.

Alright, you are now officially barred from ever bringing up the fact that Zimmerman called 911 46 times last month complaining about blacks in his neighborhood.

Oh totally. I noted in the thread earlier that the pot thing is such a non issue. I have to believe the majority of teenagers try it. It's such a non issue, but even the possession is a crime that is clearly being brought up to tarnish the kids character. Which is insane, but is working. I see people on my Facebook talking about him like he was Pacino in Scarface, and shit like that. Which is nuts, cause at least half of them vilifying the boy are still smoking pot into their thirties...
