As I've said before. In Batman Begins Gotham was Gotham, in the second movie it was New York. There are parts of that second movie that make no real sense. I'm rather ambivalent about this third one.

As a Chicagoan, the setting for The Dark Knight was quite jarring. The first viewing I'm seeing places I see every day, including the building where I work, which I am in at this very moment.
