Not really! This story was to be Alan Davis' "warm-up" on Dredd before he was to draw the first Dredd/Batman crossover (he later dropped out of that project). So I think they were playing on that. Dredd does battle a rich guy who dresses up, but other than that, it's not very Batman-y.

It's still a great looking short story, and a great cover.

I'm not complaining. It's Alan Davis.
