Absolutely. Not only is she implying that women deserve to get raped for going outside her notions of what's "appropriate" for women to do, she's also implying that men can't help but rape when they're around women who are in the "wrong place."

Sadly, I'm starting to become numb to the attacks on women in general from the extreme right wing. This thing feels more like "same shit, different day."
