I've never played the game as Fem Shep. I think I might start an ME1 game now...
I'd heavily revommend it. Jennifer Hale does a phenominal job as Sheppard, I believe her performance is superior to Mark Meer's as MaleShep, and her inflection and small touches give all the conflicts a slightly different shade. The possibility to romance Kaidan brings up new dialogue choices, and the possibility to also romance Liara brings up many of the same dialogue choices, but again with a different touch.
Life is like a roller coaster. It has its ups and downs, but if you sit back and relax you get a heck of a ride.
I'm a guy who likes his characters to reflect him, so I probably won't do a femshep play through anytime soon. Heck I can't even bring myself to do a renegade play through.

Well I'm playing as a female Shep right now and I just took control of The Normandy. Jennifer Hale really brings Shep to life. I'm gonna see If I can get a finished ME2 Save file as Fem Shep in time for Three...

That's what mine is doing. She's my second character so not going to be ready for ME3, playing through twice is hard when other games show up. My main almost is though, final DLC to go, then to play that demo that gives you extra stuff, then ready for the ME3 demo and onwards
Okay, is it just me or is the Turian Council Member more of a dick than I remember?
While I love Jennifer Hale's work, the femshep-exclusive romances are ALL terrible. Kaidan is a cardboard cutout, Garrus should have been great but was terribly handled, and Jacob is Cerberus. I've heard that the lizard is good, but I stuck his angsty ass in the basement and ignored him on every playthrough, so I can't comment on that. I'd recommend romancing and remaining loyal to Liara, or downloading a mod to let you romance Jack or Tali.
