Guys often choose to work injured because of the pay. You don't make big money sitting at home recovering. Plus, WWE has to move on without you, so even with no malice by Vince or Creative, you might get left behind if you take time off.

I mean, the NFL is being sued by hundreds of former players over concussion stuff right now, I think it's only a matter of time before some of these guys get smart. But yet, Vince is still playing the game the way he did in the 80's and 90's.
Raven and some other just attempted a lawsuit challenging WWE's independent contractor status for the rasslers. It didn't go anywhere. There's no way a class action like you describe goes anywhere if they're not employees.

It would also freshen things up to take a guy off television to heal. And, at this point, with the brand split being relaxed, there really isn't THAT shallow of a roster. They just don't use who they have. They have enough guys.

Watching Smackdown. Loving the YES! lock. That move, YES!, and Daniel Bryan will be over as fuck one day if they play it right.

Yeah he's consistently been the best part of the show for a while now.

I'm hoping I have time Sunday to watch Extreme Rules, I want to see his and Sheamus' match.

I hate to say it but I like the Titus O'Neal and Darren Young tag team. That's what the midcard needs.

Give them a name. They talked about being Prime Time players three times last week. Why not call them that? PRIME TIME PLAYERZ? PRIME TYME PLAYAZ? PRYME TYME PLAYAZ?

I'm so-so at the moment. But it's good they have a tag team around.

Maybe I'm just high but I liked the guy who jobbed to Ryback. He can actually cut an in-ring promo! Kinda reminded me of the dude who played Booger in Revenge of the Nerds.

Yeah, ditto. I actually dug Kyle Smith (Yes, I remember jobber names) because he could actually string words together.

He'd be a good mouthpiece that occasionally has to get in the ring as a weak tag partner of the bigger wrestler he manages or whatever.

There's already people on the roster they could do that with but still.

If they had a union, they could just file a grievance. Vince would cave or he'd take the case to court and the judge would find in favor of the union and that would be the end of it. But no, the guys in the back had to side with Hogan all those years ago and cave in, instead of forming a union and threatening to sit out Wrestlemania, like Jesse Ventura advocated.
Watching television is not an activity.
