Also, seeing the solicit for that First Wave trade reminds me of what a crushing disappointment First Wave was.

Don't expect Winter Soldier to be selling all that hot in a few months. Hell even Captain America isn't doing as hot as it should be. Any Bucky solo series of any title is pretty ill advised in this market.

The boost from a relaunch will help a lot with that. He's one of the most popular "new" characters in years.

For any reality TV fans in the thread - a really fun show called "Worst Cooks in America" just kicked off its third season yesterday, and the episodes are available on Foodnetwork.com. It's hilarious. It's like Masterchef if everyone came in sucking.

Publishing more books, specifically low selling and unsustainable books, than the market can support.

I'd be publishing less books, yet more sustainable titles. That's pretty much the opposite of flooding the market.
