    I have meant to pick up this trade. I believe I bought the first one or two issues right before my last real hiatus from reading and enjoyed them. That art is stunning.

    I beg to differ. I've seen some of the pages in black & white, and it still looks amazing.



    I feel that when JR takes his time, his stuff tends to look way better than when he does a rush job.

    looks sketchy compared to his 90s stuff.

    Hollingsworth did stellar work (as always), but the inking (by Danny Miki) is what made that book unique as far as Romita Jr. art is concerned.

    Not really (that's actually a pretty shitty scan, too - but even with that, not really).

    Although, most of his 90s stuff was inked by Al Williamson, and you really can't do better than that.

    A lot of his 2000 stuff is sketchy. I think it naturally happens when all artists get older.
