PHP error

At the top of each page, this message is showing up:

Code:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/dan/public_html/bendisboard/includes/functions.php(7246) : eval()'d code on line 1

It doesn't seem to be affecting functionality as far as I can tell, but I figured you should know about it.

Same error I'm getting; can't post while in IE but somehow I can in Firefox.

Oddly, I can post in the Housekeeping forum using Chrome but not in any of the comic creator forums.

I seem to be able to post everywhere (using Firefox 8 ), and no longer see the error message.
