How do I pre-purchase copies of future issues? I saw the Kickstarter but it didn't list the All-women's issue, frex. And I want multiple copies of that...

I may have my own reorders on hand before they get it available. I know some people thought they were taking too long to ship so I feel more comfortable selling it myself but it's great to have as a back up.
