As I have posted before, porn star and mother of two, Raven Alexis, is currently going through a tough battle with stage 4 metastatic brain cancer. I've been regularly updating the Favorite Porn Star threads with updates on her status, but I feel like I'm dragging that particular thread down. So I decided to make this. It serves two roles. 1. I can update her status without the guilt of destroying the atmosphere in what should be a consistently upbeat (*wink* *wink*) thread, and 2. We can discuss more generally our reasons why we love this girl so much, since she seems to have a sizable following on this board.

Still not feeling good today, we got a "revised" timeline yesterday, and some other shitty news. Just please send kind thoughts our way, and hope for as much time as possible.

Timelines suck. They're meant to be these things that give you comfort because you know what's coming and have time to make arrangements for it. In actuality they increase anxiety and pressure. The only good thing about timelines in the case of illness is that they're malleable. They can change from doctor's visit to doctor's visit. The bad thing is the exact same thing.

No good news to report from my appointment today. There's a lot of swelling in the brain, and now we just wait for the blood test results. Just going to try and relax and think positive thoughts today.

Yeah. John Marshall, one of her former producers from when she worked in the fetish community, warned me that it's terminal. And it's hard. I mean I'm just an acquaintance, but it hurts like I'm losing a good friend. At least she's making the most of what she's got left, and isn't giving up the fight yet.

LOL! I shouldn't laugh, because that's terrible, but that is something I'd normally think and I didn't. Wow.

Nah, I'm more thinking this is just some jealous cunt that's still hung up on her man and thinks she can't compete with a porn star, and is acting out that jealousy. If the police do something about it, I think this woman could still learn something from this, and that it's not worth it to be jealous about someone that's just not coming back. Otherwise she's gonna be a bitter, lonely spinster before she's even middle aged.

This is Raven's fiancé Stephen aka Dirt Junior . Raven has had a series of set backs and wants to thank everyone for their emails+well wishes. Because of Raven's health, her time online will be very limited.
