Though I agree that Harley and Ivy are in a relationship, that panel doesn't really support it, because Harley has absolutely no clue what Barbara is hinting at, and when she finally gets it it's only in reference to rumors she's heard about Babs and Kara. I see that more as a nod to the rumors themselves, as opposed to a confirmation.
Life is like a roller coaster. It has its ups and downs, but if you sit back and relax you get a heck of a ride.
I'm shocked this is the first you'd have heard of it considering how long some of the pics have been floating around.
Then again, I'm shocked no one here seems to have seen the new trailer for the Dark Knight Rises XXX movie coming out soon.
They do the Killing Joke sequence where Joker shoots Barbara.
According to the article I saw, Birds of Prey XXX was supposed to be out in January 2012.
I imagine it's probably been held up by script rewrites, second-unit problems, and the inevitable 3D conversion.
Just kidding. DC probably threatened to sue their lovely asses.

Like I said, its no longer coming out from Exquisite Pictures, the original company. The director of it is starting a whole new separate company called Sinister X and has a whole sub division of it just for comic parodies. And BOP's going to be the first release.
They just announced today a new actress playing Wonder Woman for his company.
Where are you getting this info? "Sinister X" doesn't seem to have a website. Googling it just brings up a lot of references for some German DJ.
Now, I'd be lying if I said the idea of a threesome involving Talia al Ghul, Harley Quinn and Dr. Alyce Sinner didn't pique my guilty interest just a little bit. But I'd also be lying if I said I thought this movie would be anything other than the same old "oh yeah, give it to me baby" variety of tacky porn I got bored with about 20 years ago. I need more info...
I'd also like to see some provenance for that photo linked to in the OP, showing Barbara and Huntress and Canary. That could just as easily be three cosplayers (although no self-respecting Babs cosplayer would cross her legs like that).
(Their clock face needs work, too. At 3 feet in diameter it's going to be hard to see from the street. Also, we traditionally put a "IX" on the far left rather than a "X".)

Don't know about the provenance of the photo, but that is indeed Alexis Texas (one of the great porn names, IMO) and Lizzie Borden (another one of the great porn names).
Actually, those soft-core cuts are often pretty entertaining. The soft-core version of "Pirates" was really funny. OK, so there was no Johnny Depp, so it was not as funny as the original; but it was entertaining. It's like those late night cable soft-core flicks. The sex tends to be outrageously boring. But the dialogue, the absurd plots, and even the acting (which is usually intentionally over-the-top) are hilarious.
Last night I caught the end of "Busty Co-Eds vs. Lusty Cheerleaders." And at one point two of them, competing over some contest, are out in the middle of nowhere (read: Hollywood hills), and they have a duel. In bikinis of course. Anyways, the one I didn't recognize shoots the Kylee Nash character, who then begs to be put out of her misery. Anyways, after a while it becomes clear that it wasn't a real bullet. And the one who shot her kneels down next to her, looks at the camera, and says, "What? You didn't think I was actually going to kill her, did you? This isn't Western Television, this is late night cable. And on late night cable everyone gets a happy ending. I hope you get yours!"
They're just so ludicrous. But I find myself laughing more than I laugh at a mediocre mainstream comedy.
