Work has prevented me from seeing a PFT show since the move from the old Largo. I did manage to get tickets for his Comedy Central taping in October.

The highlight of the evening was almost certainly PFT and Ted Leo performing a mashup of Police On My Back by the Clash and Don't Go Breaking My Heart by Elton John, with a very brief hat tip to the Bay City Rollers. Epic.

Moved with my wife and animals from NJ to Nashville this weekend. All went smoothly and the only downside is no cable until tomorrow which means no Breaking Bad tonight.

Today, an ep of Transformers Prime where Ratchet used steroids, and then the "Batman turns into a vampire" ep of Brave and the Bold (and one where everyone else was trying to be Batman while he was out sick).

You'd think I have kids; you would be wrong.

Yesterday's media consumption -
- Saturday's episode of Doctor Who, Thursday night's Daily Show, and the newest episode of Archer, all thanks to DVR.
- A metric buttload of football
- A couple hours worth of Fable III on the XBox.

So far today, all I have is some NPR. I'm about to listen to Jimmy Eat World's "Clarity" and the new Mike Doughty album while I write. And I'm going to the corner bar for the monthly standup show tonight, so probably that'll be it.
