It was very good.
Hanged out with friend's, got writing done, got through some work and homework. Said goodbye to my cousin.
How about you?
How was your weekend, kids?
My weekend was fun and crazy. I got back from Israel at 4:30 am. The flight was interesting because it was full of tea party pple coming back from the Glen Beck rally. It was...well i probably shouldn't get started on that because it just enrages me.
The rest of the weekend was just preparing for Hurricane Irene. It was amazed by how hard it was to supplies last minute. In the end Manhattan was fine but better safe than sorry.
Nice to see you!
I've been having my photo taken in various places for Women Read Comics in Public, Too. I was, of course, using a KS-written comic for my pics. Here's just one of them:

Not the best, not the worst. Watched your husband talk about Fear Itself online; inspired I started writing a new comic.
Weekend good, vegan pot-luck dinner; seriously, who knew you could have so much fun without animals? Wait, um...
There was a chocolate tofu cake, that sounds gross, but was easily the most delicious thing I've eaten in weeks. And apparently it takes ten minutes to make.

Holy shit, KAZ! I'm genuinely touched. Thank you for making me a part of your thing.
(Clearly, you love me best and the rest of these jokers are just pretending, in order to get close to Fraction. I see how it is.)

PS Stand down, troops. I'm kidding. (Not about being genuinely moved. Dead serious about that bit.)
Haha!! You crack me up - with the Fraction thing, not with the being genuinely moved part. Awww...
