A Chocolate Chip Mint Klondike Bar, about an hour ago.
Not debating what I'd do for a Klondike Bar.
I cooked fresh-off-the-boat Chinook salmon steaks tonight, cajun-style, with garlic mashed potatoes and salad.
So freaking GOOD.

I made chicken & waffles tonight.
Spice waffles: use your favorite waffle recipe, then add 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ground clove and 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg.
Chicken: I use the spice rub that one of my clients will be putting on the market soon, so bookmark http://www.SavvyRanchCatering.com and wait for them to add Spice Rub to their page.
Beat an egg with a cup of milk.
In a large ziplock bag, mix 1 cup of flour with 1-1/2 Tbsp spice rub (or mix up your own mix of light brown sugar, white sugar, paprika, granulated onion, granulated garlic, black pepper, ground mustard, poultry seasoning, ground ginger, ground allspice, cayenne pepper, ground thyme, and kosher salt).
Boil the chicken. This way it will fry up faster and spend less time in the oil.
Heat cooking oil to 350° F.
Dip the chicken in the egg-milk mix, then throw it into the bag with the flour and spices. Shake until chicken is coated.
Fry chicken in oil. Cook the waffles while it's frying.
Eat.
I'm having chicken tikka pizza for lunch.
People say I'm in a world of my own. I call it Planet Karen.
Leftovers! :P I stirfried some prawns in fresh lime juice and soy sauce with a dash of chilies and tossed in some veggies. Not exciting, but tasty!
Although right now it's breakfast and I'm eating rhubarb yogurt.
Right now? Hot dogs because I won't be able to afford more interesting stuff until next month when the financial aid rolls in. I really want to try making more interesting things but just can't afford it at the moment.
A tuna subway.
Friendship is being there when someone's feeling low and not being afraid to kick them.
Bacon and eggs on a roll. Aw yeah.
This is making me think that maybe I should stop surviving on nothing but bowls of cereal.
