Well, it's not, "Quit your job," news but I will likely be joining a start-up gaming company plotting and scripting a video game. I am very excited. Now all I have to do is work, school, church, annnnnd write a video game. (side project currently be damned (for the better)).

Congrats man, awesome. And also kudos on knowing when to pull the pin (or at least put on the backburner for a while) the other project.

Right now I'm crashing with a friend up in the Valley. Not sure where I'm going to end up when I get my own place yet. Gotta balance the desire to not pay too much with the desire to not get stabbed.

Low: The bloody math final. My professor and I disagree on the definition of point-based vs weighted so my hopes and dreams of getting an A were pretty well dashed but alas, I tried my best and am walking away with my head only slightly sunken.

Low: House is quite, my cousin and her kids were here this weekend, it gave me my first flavor of parenthood (quite exhausting) but now they are gone, and it's quiet. I'm a little sad about this. Also, my friend will be moving to Atlanta in mid August, I'm sad about that as well.
High: Weaponizer Magazine has commission another bit of fiction. While I am still waiting on confirmation it may be a comic!
