Now this I can get behind. I loved Bedard on pre-Blackest Night Green Lantern Corps, I'm a huge Jaime nut, and the art looks oh-so-pretty. Day one purchase.

Because Jaime works. He's getting his new series because of the cartoon appearances, most likely, and this version matches up with them.

And this means that Milagro will be appearing in the new DCU as well.

The only down side to this is that there were only 6 books left to be announced.

Superman, Supergirl and Superboy covers were leaked; Suicide Squad #1, Blue Beetle #1 ... that leaves one title to go and most folks are expecting Action Comics unless one of the leaked covers was an "Action Comics staring ... " kind of deal.

I hope his setting and cast members are relatively unchanged. I like the uniqueness of El Paso, mixed with the relative familiarity of him having a "Scooby Squad" in his own age group.
