Question "STRANGE" BIRD VISIT after Death of Someone Close?

DO YOU KNOW of anyone who has had an encounter with a bird "behaving strangely" after the death of a [human] loved one?

A strange encounter with a bird inexplicably desperate to get into the house following a death is not as uncommon or random as you'd think. It just happened to my brother: a bird crashed into the same window in his house-- three times!

A veterinarian thinking the bird must be crazy, my brother opened the window so the bird wouldn't kill itself. It flew in, and perched on a railing beside the kitchen-- the identical place my brother's deceased girlfriend used to sit to talk, while my brother cleaned the kitchen. (The girlfriend died lately, under very mysterious/ominous circumstances.)

Similar reports are not uncommon: Following his suicide by drowning, actor Spalding Gray's family inexplicably found a bird entering their house-- and strangely not eager to leave.

It is believed that such birds (sometimes butterflies) are not "the souls" of the departed, but merely messengers checking in. The truly odd part of the phenomenon is that these flying creatures behavior is beyond any expected behavior of fear or anxiety.

Have you or anyone you know had a similar experience?

I believe this is a case of, "you will find what you seek."

People also have bird incidents without the death of a loved one. They sky is full of 'em.

Maybe tomorrow will be better for him."

The music died when the plane (slang: bird) caring Buddy Holly, the Big Bopper and Ritchie Valens crashed.

Larry Bird showed up and ate all the damn casserole at my godfather's post-funeral soiree.
