Reply With QuoteSeems to be fine in all the reply text edit boxes. "Reply with Quote", "Reply to Thread" and "Quick Reply"...
Also works in edit mode...
And in "Post New Thread"
Perhaps you have java script turned off.

Just got Firefox 4 and when you Post the editing options aren't there, URL, Bold etc.
Anyone else with Firefox 4 noticed this?
