The drama takes on a life of its' own.

After reading the teeth gnashing on SF about the "hollow statue" controversy ,I decided to open up my Goliath statue which I received a while ago to see for myself.

Upon opening it , it is obviously NOT solid. However ,neither is it completely hollow as alleged by some.

IMO it's weighty enough to satisfy me. I'm not planning on using it as a boat anchor.

Same thing about the Thing. It's not heavy but it's not light.

Some on SF take pleasure in finding any fault with Bowen causing over reactions and then use aliases on sm to stir up more trouble

Gives some folks something to do. Bottom line is if you don't like the product,don't buy it.

Although it did cross my mind that some of the Chinese factories may have skimped on the resin to save themselves money,unbeknownst to RB.

Wouldn't put it past them ,owing to their recent track record of cutting corners .

Hell ,they put poisonous stuff into baby formula and sell it to their own people ! And then there was that poisonous sheet rock they shipped here a while back and was being sold by Lowes and Home Depot until it was recalled.
