    I can't stand those people on SM who say one thing and then go over to SF and then totally insult sm and all the people on sm

    I'm around 6 ft. He is just about my height. But his early driving skills in the local school parking lot is scary

    Gotta be 17 to get a permit in NJ.

    But have to take Driver Ed. first and after that all sorts of extra rules and regulations.

    Including a little red sticker they have to put on their license plates in order to tell other drivers that the person driving the car is a "learner".

    Ridiculous...

    He can get a license at 16 but there are rules. For the first year or something he can only have one non family member in car with him

    I remember when the schools used to provide Drivers Ed.

    Those days are long gone !
