there was a mexican/chinese restaurant in corpus christi, tx called "wok-a-mole."
I would have initially thought it was "Whack a Mole." Later figuring out it rhymes with guacamole.
There was a Chinese place in the neighboring town from where I lived growing up called Big Wongs.
