More meat for the meat eaters!

I grew up not eating pork, I'm not Jewish or anything, just how things were. So I never acquired the taste for pork, I don't like it at all. But, I love me some ribs though. Big ol' beef ribs, slathered in BBQ sauce, meat dripping off the bone.

So why is it that most people assume when you mention ribs, you're talking about pork ribs? They're not as good in my opinion, but that may be my upbringing. But it's really annoying to me that some places that sell ribs don't even HAVE the option of beef, and when some groups do barbeques, they get hotdogs and pork ribs only?

So I wanted to see if most of you actually prefered pork ribs over beef ribs, and especially, why?

    I think they're both good.

Pork is awesome too, besides ham and bologna, which I can live without.

As a super carnivore, I have to say that the rib is my least favorite meat on any animal.

I won't vote, because my stomach doesn't work like that. I like both.
