Offhand I've gotta suggest the superb Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy game, and Bureaucracy, both written by Douglas Adams.

But be warned: They are extremely difficult.

Oh yeah, when the movie came out they put the HHGG game up on the BBC website, including some basic graphics. I couldn't get very far though, it's one of those really old games so it has a lot of plot breaking parts.

Leather Goddesses of Phobos was great. I remember playing that on my PCjr. and having to hide it while I was away from home so my parents didn't find it.

My favorite one was the short but sweet 9:05. Best twist ever.

ANY of the Infocom games are good. Even the ones that are not meant to be funny have some funny little bits hidden in them.

HHGTTG is tough. It helps if you've read the book recently.
