    It sounds like a war zone outside of my apartment.

    Seriously.
    I guess I am close enough to the city's "official" fireworks display that I can't see it, but I can hear it, and with all those low booms added to the rediculous amounts of "rednecks with bottlerockets" that live in my complex, it is like a gun battle outside. and it has been like that for 2 hours or so. It is getting so it is hard to concentrate of my america hating and internet porn hunting.

    well, florida is a red state, but i would describe it as more of a purple. patriotastic holidays bring out the yokel in us though.
