The Beginning is the End is the Beginning by the Smashing Pumpkin's on the Watchmen trailer.
The True Grit trailer's excellent use of Johnny Cash's God's Gonna Cut You Down made me think how many other trailers have used existing music to great effect.
Off the top of my head I can think of the Sin City trailer's great use of Cells by The Servant.
And the trailer of the movie 9 used Welcome Home by Coheed & Cambria quite nicely.

I like all these examples so far.
First one that came to mind for me was an oddball: a creepy folks song called "Insect Eyes" for the teaser trailer for The Hills Have Eyes 2. I've never seen the movie, but I still think it's a great teaser.
