I know Pat thought it at least until he found out Obama was serious about being agaisnt gay marriage. I think frzrmonkey thinks this as well. There are few others I have seen, but can't quite remember.

Yeah, Pat's not the only one. I've read a couple on others on here. The difference between them and Coulter is just that she's using it as a way to try to defame him. The 'libs' wouldn't mind.

I personally don't care what his beliefs are as long as he's being a decent President.

I can see how it could be a real problem for the faithful. This is something that those who believe have as a core part of who they are. To find out someone lied about something that is so personal to them in order to "fit in to get in", could be a legitimate problem and cause a split.

One, you don't know the definition of the word irony.
Two, just because Ann Coulter has an opinion different than yours doesn't make that opinion hateful. It just makes you wrong.

Clearly you don't know the definition of irony and Ann spews hate in everything she writes you just don't see it because she's preaching to the choir in your case.

I don't know that she is lying. There are a lot of libs here that think he is a pretend Christian as well because if he were to say he was an atheist he would not have got elected. She may very well believe what she is saying here.

Yeah that would be a shitty thing for anyone to do and there are plenty of republicans and democrats that would be deeply hurt by this kind of deception. But there is no reason to think that he is lying, unless of course you're Jimbox or Ann C.
